Our Story
Born from the Arabic word for resting place.
Thawa — ثوى — means to settle, to stay a while. Every detail of the cafe was shaped around that single feeling: the deep blue of evening, the warm beige of desert light, the soft hush of a cup set gently on marble.
We roast for clarity, bake before dawn, and pour with patience. The menu is short on purpose. The hours are long on purpose. You are welcome to stay.
